سورة الأنبياء الآية رقم 26 : ترجمة English

ترجمة الآية 26 من سورة Al-Anbiya’ - English - سورة الأنبياء : عدد الآيات 112 - - الصفحة 324 - الجزء 17.

﴿ وَقَالُواْ ٱتَّخَذَ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنُ وَلَدٗاۗ سُبۡحَٰنَهُۥۚ بَلۡ عِبَادٞ مُّكۡرَمُونَ ﴾
[ الأنبياء: 26]

﴿ ترجمة: وقالوا اتخذ الرحمن ولدا سبحانه بل عباد مكرمون ﴾

And they say: "The Most Beneficent (Allah) has begotten a son (or children)." Glory to Him! They [those whom they call children of Allah i.e. the angels, 'Iesa (Jesus) son of Maryam (Mary), 'Uzair (Ezra), etc.], are but honoured slaves.


English - Sahih International

And they say, "The Most Merciful has taken a son." Exalted is He! Rather, they are [but] honored servants.

(21:26) They say, "The Merciful has offspring." *26 Glory be to Allah!they are His mere servants who have been honoured:

*26) "Offspring" here refers to the angels as is clear from v. 28. The disbelievers of Arabia believed that the angels were the daughters of God.
