ترجمة الآية 18 من سورة At-Taubah - English - سورة التوبة : عدد الآيات 129 - - الصفحة 189 - الجزء 10.

﴿ إِنَّمَا يَعۡمُرُ مَسَٰجِدَ ٱللَّهِ مَنۡ ءَامَنَ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلۡيَوۡمِ ٱلۡأٓخِرِ وَأَقَامَ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَءَاتَى ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ وَلَمۡ يَخۡشَ إِلَّا ٱللَّهَۖ فَعَسَىٰٓ أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ أَن يَكُونُواْ مِنَ ٱلۡمُهۡتَدِينَ ﴾
[ التوبة: 18]

﴿ ترجمة: إنما يعمر مساجد الله من آمن بالله واليوم الآخر وأقام الصلاة وآتى ﴾

The Mosques of Allah shall be maintained only by those who believe in Allah and the Last Day; perform As-Salat (Iqamat-as-Salat), and give Zakat and fear none but Allah. It is they who are expected to be on true guidance.

English - Sahih International

The mosques of Allah are only to be maintained by those who believe in Allah and the Last Day and establish prayer and give zakah and do not fear except Allah, for it is expected that those will be of the [rightly] guided.

Tafheem-ul-Quran by Syed Abu-al-A'la Maududi

(9:18) Only those are worthy of being the guardians and servants of Allah's houses of worship, who believe in Allah and the Last Day, and establish Salatand pay Zakat dues, and fear none but Allah: for these alone are expected to follow the Right Way.
