سورة الإسراء الآية رقم 22 : ترجمة English

ترجمة الآية 22 من سورة Al-Isra’ - English - سورة الإسراء : عدد الآيات 111 - - الصفحة 284 - الجزء 15.

﴿ لَّا تَجۡعَلۡ مَعَ ٱللَّهِ إِلَٰهًا ءَاخَرَ فَتَقۡعُدَ مَذۡمُومٗا مَّخۡذُولٗا ﴾
[ الإسراء: 22]

﴿ ترجمة: لا تجعل مع الله إلها آخر فتقعد مذموما مخذولا ﴾

Set not up with Allah any other ilah (god), (O man)! (This verse is addressed to Prophet Muhammad SAW, but its implication is general to all mankind), or you will sit down reproved, forsaken (in the Hell-fire).


English - Sahih International

Do not make [as equal] with Allah another deity and [thereby] become censured and forsaken.

Tafheem-ul-Quran by Syed Abu-al-A'la Maududi

(17:22) Do not associate another deity with Allah, *24 otherwise you shall he reduced to a state of ignominy and helplessness.

*24) Or it can be rendered like this: "Do not invent another deity besides Allah", or "Do not set up another as a deity beside Allah."
