﴿ وَأَنَّهُۥ هُوَ أَضۡحَكَ وَأَبۡكَىٰ ﴾
[ النجم: 43]

﴿ ترجمة: وأنه هو أضحك وأبكى ﴾

And that it is He (Allah) Who makes (whom He wills) laugh, and makes (whom He wills) weep;

And that it is He who makes [one] laugh and weep
