ترجمة الآية 49 من سورة Ibrahim - English - سورة إبراهيم : عدد الآيات 52 - - الصفحة 261 - الجزء 13.

﴿ وَتَرَى ٱلۡمُجۡرِمِينَ يَوۡمَئِذٖ مُّقَرَّنِينَ فِي ٱلۡأَصۡفَادِ ﴾
[ إبراهيم: 49]

﴿ ترجمة: وترى المجرمين يومئذ مقرنين في الأصفاد ﴾

And you will see the Mujrimun (criminals, disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah Islamic Monotheism, polytheists, disobedient to Allah, etc.) that Day bound together in fetters; [Muqarranun in fetters; mean:- with their hands and feet tied to their necks with chains.]

And you will see the criminals that Day bound together in shackles,
