﴿ وَكُلُّ صَغِيرٖ وَكَبِيرٖ مُّسۡتَطَرٌ ﴾
[ القمر: 53]

﴿ ترجمة: وكل صغير وكبير مستطر ﴾

And everything, small and big is written (in Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz already beforehand i.e. before it befalls, or is done by its doer) (See the Quran V. 57:22).

English - Sahih International

And every small and great [thing] is inscribed.

(54:53) everything large or small, is duly inscribed. *28
